Created in 2013, ILIADE is a private company specialized in tax representation for non-residents of France.

Our clients are individuals and companies needing a tax representative in France for real estate capital gains, sales of shares, or VAT.

Located in Nice (French Riviera), we intend to be a reliable partner to our clients.

Our expertise regarding international tax law allows us to provide practical and reliable solutions.

As soon as we receive all the documentation needed, we shall send you a quotation as well as a calculation of the taxes you are liable to.

ILIADE is a human-sized company whose mission is to provide fiscal solutions to non-residents holding investments in France (real estate, shares, business).

For that purpose, members of our team are only senior tax experts specialized in French and international tax law.

ILIADE also works with a network of professionals for a better management of the interests of our clients (i.e. notaries, lawyers, chartered accountants, real-estate agents, brookers).

Prior to founding ILIADE, Nathalie worked for more than 20 years in the Tax department of the biggest European companies (listed companies on CAC 40 and EURONEXT, publishing house). 

She personally adviced banks, industrial companies (chemicals, pharmaceuticals, automotive, plastics), foreign companies, board of directors, employees.

She acquired an extensive knowledge of the tax impacts of trans-border transactions.

Her broad experience regarding international tax systems and related problems (accounting, tax, social charges, compensation systems) makes her an excellent advisor able to provide tailored and secure solutions.
